What do you do with the hard ground?
Faith is rarely as tidy as we expect it to be. There are seasons that feel like stone — prayers that go unanswered, grief that doesn't lift on schedule, a walk with God that has gone quiet. Most of us assume something has gone wrong.
But the ground was never supposed to be easy. Stones and soil sit in the same field, and God has always grown things in both.
Scripture is full of people whose faith deepened not in spite of difficulty but through it — in wilderness, in waiting, in the ordinary work of staying faithful when nothing seems to be happening. What looks like an obstacle is often the very thing being used to root you.
Stones & Soil is a book about faith that lasts. It walks through the struggles and the sacred moments alike, showing how both do their work on us — turning stones into stepping stones and hard ground into a place where hope actually grows.
Rooted. Resilient. Real.
